Join us on Wednesday, February 24th at 3:30pm/PST for our first webinar of the year with educators Rabbi Dr. Ariel Burger and Dr. Emily Schell to explore Student Curiosity and the Human Spirit during COVID-19. In this webinar, we will watch and explore themes from the short film Cocoon by Andrew Hinton, which documents reflections and emotions from elementary to high school students living in Portland, Oregon, during the early months of the pandemic. This conversation will consider the pandemic through various topics. We'll discuss grief and isolation, knowledge that is lost and gained, and ways to embrace curiosity and questions as students and educators. An in-depth discussion and live Q&A will also take place. Please note that sign language interpreters will be joining us during the live webinar. The event will be recorded. Register here.
