Engaging All Learners is a 6-day professional development institute for K-12
educators and includes 3 in-class, 2-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions for each
participating teacher. The 6-day institute immerses teachers in interactive learning
experiences aimed at closing learning gaps. The central goals of the institute are
to promote standards and research-based engaging teaching practices that align
with 21st-century learning skills and global competencies. Participants develop,
implement, and share lessons that integrate strategies and resources introduced in
the program. Classroom coaching sessions engage teachers in reflective practice
and provide essential feedback for ongoing learning.
