Middle and high school educators are invited to apply to Teaching for Sustainable Communities, a year-long program that begins with a 3-day summer institute at CSU Fullerton. The summer institute launches a year of follow-up support through one follow-up meeting in October, one personalized field study, and other supports designed to improve environmental literacy and global competence, and engage students in civic action projects. The program culminates in a school, district, or regional exhibition of student learning.
