Communities of Care: Cultivating Resilience and Joy for Teachers to Thrive

Build a sustainable practice of self-compassion, reflection, creativity, and JOY!

It's not selfish. Teachers play a critical role in every student’s educational experience. By caring for their own whole selves, teachers can maintain their own resilience and joy, foster a space for growth by holding space for social-emotional needs of students, and bring creative approaches to the disruptions and constant changes in the field of education. Well-being is an essential starting point of our work.

This is the missing piece in a teacher's toolbox to engage with systemic change.
